Cookies and Milk

There are times when nothing but chocolate will do. Enough said.

Mmmm.... cookies and milk

Here’s the recipe I followed for these cookies. They didn’t spread as much as dropped cookie batter usually does, so I did need to spread them a little part-way through the cooking time. I had no white chocolate in the house, so I used dark chocolate instead – they are incredibly rich but work really well with a scoop of ice-cream on the side… Good job I haven’t given up chocolate for Lent.
