I’m making the most of having a little extra free time this weekend. There’s still a lot of rosemary in my fridge that needs using up so I decided to make my favourite focaccia. It takes a little patience as there’s quite a bit of rising time involved, but it’s well worth it…
Put together with olives, feta and some oil and vinegar for dipping, it’s my idea of the perfect lazy lunch.
